AI automation for small businesses.
AI automation for small businesses: n8n workflows and AI agents that move leads, reports, and support work between the tools you already use. You own everything, with documents and training at handover. Human approval stays in the loop for anything that contacts customers or moves money. Price is scoped per project. Describe the workflow and you get a fixed quote within 48 hours.
Book an audit callWhat you get
Five deliverables, not features. Every automation ships with all five.
01
Process map of the workflow as it runs today and as it will run.
02
Workflow built in your own account, not a dashboard you rent.
03
Error handling, retries, and alerts, so a failure is seen fast.
04
Documents plus a walkthrough, so your team can run it.
05
Handover and ownership: the workflows, code, and accounts are yours, with no lock-in. For agents: guardrails, sandbox and permissions, and human approval points are named in the build.
Where it fits
Six common starting points. Your workflow may be a seventh.
Lead capture and routing
Website form, enrichment, CRM, rep assignment, Slack alert, so no lead waits in an inbox.
CRM sync
CRM, sheets, Notion, and accounting kept in step, so nobody re-types the same record.
Reporting
Scheduled pull from CRM and analytics into a formatted report by Slack or email, so weekly numbers arrive without manual assembly.
Support triage
Ticket or email classified and routed with a human-review queue, so nothing goes unanswered and nothing risky goes out alone.
Onboarding
New client or project triggers folders, welcome email, and kickoff invite, so every start follows the same checklist.
Invoicing and orders
Project close or order triggers invoice, reminders, and reconciliation, so payment is chased by the system.
How it runs
01
Audit call
You describe the repetitive task. You leave with the first workflow to automate and a scoped price, or an honest no-fit answer.
02
Design and scope
Fixed price set before build starts.
03
Build and test
Build and test against real cases, including failure cases.
04
Launch and training
Your team is walked through the live workflow.
05
Optimise and optional support
2 weeks of post-launch support included. Ongoing support after that is optional, never forced.
What moves the timeline: access to tools, data cleanliness, and stakeholder review. Those are named at scoping, not discovered late.
Pricing
Fixed project
TBD
Price TBD, scoped after the audit. Describe the workflow in one paragraph and you get a fixed quote within 48 hours. No market range is quoted on this page, because published prices for the same label vary extremely by scope and no range is typical.
Retainer
TBD
Optional ongoing support only, never forced. Contents (monitoring, fixes, small improvements) are set per client at scoping. Price TBD.
Hourly is not published. Platform costs are separated: n8n Cloud or self-hosting costs and AI model usage are paid separately from the build quote and are confirmed at scoping from current platform pricing. No platform price is quoted on this page.
The audit itself is a real deliverable: first workflow to automate, scoped price, or a no-fit answer. It is not a generic contact form.
Capability first
Every automation is scoped, built in your own account, tested against real cases, and handed over with documents and training. That is what carries this page: no proof gallery is needed to say it plainly.
More products exist, but they belong to clients, so they cannot be shown yet.
The Clinic Management OS product plan includes automation across the clinic, WhatsApp booking, AI replies to patient queries, AI summaries of a patient’s past details for the doctor, and AI help finding the issue from books the doctor uploads, in any language, plus more features. This is the product plan in development, not a shipped feature.
Verified work
n8n, taught live
Taught an n8n session for the Blue Family community in October 2026, building a Weather App live in n8n. It fetches the real forecast from the free Open-Meteo API, and no paid API key is needed. Deck: 22 slides.
Solrit
My own product Solrit includes a Jarvis coach and an AI daily summary, plus an MCP connector so AI assistants can read and write Solrit data.
Marketing Partner OS
Marketing Partner OS uses AI for job match analysis and message drafting, with keyword-based resume tailoring and an honesty check, behind a human approval queue. It does not write the resume.
Demo
No demo video is published yet. A 2-minute walkthrough of a real workflow is the recommended next proof asset, but only once a real workflow is recorded. A mockup is never presented as a real workflow.
n8n vs Make vs Zapier
| Feature | n8n | Make | Zapier |
|---|---|---|---|
| Easiest to start | No | Middle | Yes, easiest |
| Complex logic and branching | Strongest, code inside workflows | Strong branching | Basic |
| Self-hosting | Yes, or cloud | Cloud only | Cloud only |
| Billing logic | Per execution, not per step | Per operation | Per task |
| EU hosting option | n8n Cloud hosted in Frankfurt | EU zones available | Confirm at scoping |
Platform details are confirmed at scoping from current vendor pages, never from memory.
Workflow vs agent
Workflow
Fixed, rule-based steps. Same input follows the same path. Predictable. Best for repeatable operations work.
Agent
Reasons over the task, calls tools and APIs, grounds answers in internal data, and escalates to a human on high-risk actions. Needs guardrails, sandbox and permissions, approval points, and testing against real cases. An agent is not a workflow with a chatbot label.
Questions
How much does AI automation cost?
Price depends on the scope of the workflow. No fixed AI automation price is set yet. Describe the workflow in one paragraph and you get a fixed quote within 48 hours. No market range is quoted, because prices for the same label vary extremely by scope.
Fixed project, hourly, or retainer?
Fixed project is the default: scoped build, fixed quote, handover. Retainer is optional ongoing support, contents set per client. Hourly is not published; it is confirmed before it is listed.
How long does a workflow take?
Scoping takes 48 hours. Build time depends on the workflow and is fixed in the quote before work starts. Access, data cleanliness, and stakeholder review move the timeline. No timeline is promised before scoping.
n8n vs Make vs Zapier: which should I use?
Zapier is easiest to start. Make handles branching well. n8n fits when you want self-hosting, code inside workflows, or per-execution billing. The table above compares them, and the choice is fixed at scoping from your tools, not from a default.
What if a workflow breaks?
Error handling, retries, and alerts are built in, so a failure is seen fast. Two weeks of post-launch support are included. Ongoing support after that is optional.
Who owns the workflows, code, and accounts?
You do. Workflows live in your account, with documents and a walkthrough at handover. No lock-in.
What about GDPR and data residency?
Options are discussed at scoping: EU hosting or a self-hosted setup, plus the data-processing agreement and model-provider data flows for your stack. No blanket compliance claim is made from hosting alone.
Do AI agents act without approval?
No. Human approval stays in the loop for anything that contacts customers or moves money. Automation handles the repetitive steps. People approve the consequential ones.
What tools do you use?
n8n first, connected to the tools you already use by API, with AI models wired through the workflow where they help.
Do you work across US and EU time zones?
Work is remote, worldwide. Call times are arranged with you at scoping.
What do you need from me to start?
One paragraph describing the repetitive task, plus access to the tools involved. The audit starts from that paragraph.
Fit and not-fit
Fits
Repetitive work spread across tools you already use, one clear workflow to start with, and an owner who wants to own the system with documents and training.
Does not fit
A single FAQ chatbot only, a template with no scoping, a fixed price sight-unseen for a multi-system agent, or fully unsupervised customer contact. Those get a no-fit answer on the audit call.
